The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and the option to order additional items made it even better. staff members already knew my drink preference by the second day. They brought my green tea pot to the table. the location was very central, and i walked everywhere easily.
The room was set at 18 degrees celsius, but it never cooled down. It remained at 24 degrees celsius. ac was running constantly but no cold air came out. the hotel forgot turndown service one night. housekeeping arrived at 6:15 pm for turndown service another night, inconvenient.

The location proved convenient. The reception staff were particularly helpful, i am grateful for that.
The air conditioning unit made noise. The faucet design in the bathroom wasn't great (water splashed everywhere!).

the location was indeed central! the breakfast offered a good variety of tasty items. the front desk staff were lovely and always asked if i needed anything, a very nice gesture. the rooms were clean each night.

The breakfast buffet included a variety of choices. Wait staff were friendly. i noted several selections. These included both hot and cold options. the dining area was well kept.

the hotel offers a gym. the gym equipment seemed modern and well kept. the front desk was helpful, providing information about nearby attractions. a luggage storage service was available.

the staff were professional and helpful at all times. reservations were handled efficiently. room service promptly delivered requests. i appreciated the friendly and cute demeanor of the team.

the hotel's location allowed easy walking access to several sights. many shops and restaurants were nearby. public transport was easily accessible. i found the immediate area to be safe and well-lit.
