The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and the option to order additional items made it even better. staff members already knew my drink preference by the second day. They brought my green tea pot to the table. the location was very central, and i walked everywhere easily.
The room was set at 18 degrees celsius, but it never cooled down. It remained at 24 degrees celsius. ac was running constantly but no cold air came out. the hotel forgot turndown service one night. housekeeping arrived at 6:15 pm for turndown service another night, inconvenient.

The location proved convenient. The reception staff were particularly helpful, i am grateful for that.
The air conditioning unit made noise. The faucet design in the bathroom wasn't great (water splashed everywhere!).
